   • Choose and prepare at least one dish that is representative of each of your three selected countries/regions.

     • Document your cooking process. This could include:

     •  Photos of the ingredients and the finished dish.

     •  A brief description of the dish, its origins, and any challenges or successes you encountered during preparation.

   • Consider trying dishes that showcase different cooking techniques or flavor profiles from each region. For example, you might bake Italian lasagna, stir-fry a Chinese dish, and make a simple Greek salad.

   • Create a presentation (this could be a written report, a visual display, or an oral presentation) to share what you have learned about the international foods you explored.
