2026 Donut Grow Up: Howl & Splash
By registering for and attending the “2026 Donut Grow Up: Howl & Splash” event, all attendees acknowledge and agree to the following:
I. General Event & Consent Policies
Social Event Only: "2026 Donut Grow Up: Howl & Splash" is purely a social event. It is not a traditional "lifestyle" event and has no dedicated play spaces or classes.
Age Restriction: All attendees must be 19 years of age or older by November 29, 2026.
Mandatory Registration: Every person staying in a participants room must be a registered event attendee and accounted for on your room reservation.
Room Block Requirement: To receive the full group package benefits (Adventure Pass, discounts, etc.), you must book your room within our designated event block.
Event Wristband Required: The designated event wristband must be worn at all times to gain entry to the hospitality suite, access private group activities, and participate in any official event functions.
Consent is Key: Consent includes fellow attendees, all other guests at the Lodge (including their children), and the staff. Being in little space is not an excuse to violate the consent of another person or their property.
Entry/Possessions: Without consent or permission, you may not enter a room that is not yours, touch/hug another person, or touch/take another person’s possessions.
II. Public Behavior & Attire
Public Behavior: All behavior in public areas (hallways, lobby, attractions, waterpark, etc.) must be family friendly and minor appropriate.
Public Attire: All public dress and attire must be street legal and family friendly.
Onesies with skirts, pants, overalls, etc. covering them are acceptable.
Childlike Dress is acceptable as long as the length properly covers you or leggings or shorts are worn.
Custom clothing is acceptable as long as you are properly covered and it does NOT contain adult language or images.
Water Bottles with cartoon characters or stickers are allowed.
Prohibited Items: No adult baby bottles, sippy cups, or pacifiers are allowed outside of the attendees' rooms and the hospitality suites.
III. Diaper Policy
Diapers Must Be Covered: Diapers must be completely covered while in public areas.
Modesty: Diapers must be worn modestly (no excessively thick diapers that are obvious even when covered).
NO POOL ENTRY: NO diapers, pull-ups, or any similar items whatsoever are allowed in the pool areas.
Disposal: Diapers must be disposed of in an opaque bag that's tied shut and placed in your room or restroom trashcan. (Disposal bags will be provided).
Room Protection: If sleeping in diapers or sitting in your room or the hospitality suites, please put down a waterproof pad to protect hotel property from leaks. (Waterproof pads will be provided).
IV. Water Park & Lodge Logistics
Adherence to Resort Rules: All event attendees are required to comply with the rules, policies, and regulations established by GWL during their entire stay.
Resort Check-in: Check-in is at 4:00 PM.
Suite access is not guaranteed early but may be ready before 4 PM.
Guests can Check-in & access the water park any time after it opens on their arrival day and until closing on their departure day.
Leave luggage in your vehicle until your room is available. If using public transportation or ride share the resort will hold your luggage, visit the guest services desk by the front door for information.
Resort Check-out: Check-out is at 11:00 AM.
Guests must Check-out of their Suite by 11 AM. Access to the water park and resort activities is available until closing on your departure day.
If using public transportation or ride share the resort will hold your luggage until you are ready to leave, visit the guest services desk by the front door for information.
Hibernation Hours (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM): During hibernation hours guests are required to keep noise to a minimum. Please refrain from running or loud talking in the hallways, and keep all in-room noise (voices, music, TV) at a level that does not disturb other guests.
GWL Resort Wristband Policy: The resort's RFID wristbands are non-transferable. Every registered guest must wear their issued wristband at all times, as it serves as your room key, water park ticket, and optional resort charge card. The reservation holder is solely responsible for ensuring their registered roommates receive their resort wristbands.
Cashless Resort: The entire lodge operates cashless. Your RFID wristband serves as your room key, water park ticket, and (optional) can be set up to charge purchases to your room. If you opt NOT to charge to your room you can use a credit card, debit card, or GWL gift card to make purchases.
Incidental Hold: A $100 per night authorization hold will be placed on the credit or debit card used at check-in if you want to be able to charge to your room (optional). A lower hold amount per night may be placed if not activating room charging.
Swim Attire: Proper swim attire is required. Clothing that is revealing or has vulgar content is not permitted. Clothing with plastic or metal rivets, zippers, or ornamentation is not permitted on certain attractions.
Prohibited Items (Water Park): No outside food, beverages (except your refillable GWL cup), coolers, or breakable containers are prohibited in the water park.
Towels: The lodge provides towels for the pool area. You must scan your wrist band to check out and return towels. Any towels not returned will be charged to your room.
Pet-free Facility: Guests with animals NOT qualifying as service animals under applicable law will be asked to check out and will forfeit their deposit. A minimum $250 cleaning charge will also be applied.
Fire Safety Policy
Prohibited Items & Activities:
Open Flames: Smoking, vaping, burning of candles, incense, or any other open flames are not permitted anywhere inside the property.
Cooking Appliances: Cooking with electrical heating appliances is strictly prohibited in guest rooms, balconies, patios, or any other location inside or outside on the property, with the exception of Great Wolf Lodge-supplied appliances. This includes, but is not limited to, food warming appliances, grills (electric, propane, or charcoal), and any electrical device GWL deems unsafe.
Consequences of Violation:
Failure to abide by these regulations, or engaging in any activity that activates the local or property fire alarm, could result in your party being asked to vacate the room, immediate removal from the property without a refund, and a minimum $250 cleaning charge. Failure to comply with these rules and local laws may also lead to arrest and prosecution.
V. Reporting & Incident Resolution Policy
Reporting a Violation:
All concerns regarding consent, public behavior, or violations of event and Lodge rules must be reported immediately.

Resolution Steps:
All reports will be treated with seriousness, discretion, and confidentiality.
The event Organizers will review the report and conduct a confidential investigation.
If a violation is confirmed, the Organizers will determine the appropriate course of action, which may include:
A formal verbal warning.
Removal from the private hospitality suite and/or all private event activities without refund.
Immediate and permanent removal from the event without refund, with a permanent ban from all future events.
In cases involving illegal activity or a significant threat to safety, the Organizers will immediately contact Great Wolf Lodge management.
No Retaliation: Retaliation against any individual who reports a concern in good faith is strictly prohibited and will be considered a violation of these rules.
VI. Registration & Room Cancellation Policy
Event Registration Fee Policy
The event registration fee of $50 is non-refundable, as the event has a no-cancellation policy regarding the fee paid.
Event registrations can be transferred to another individual up to October 20, 2026.
In the event of unforeseen illness or issues, please reach out to the Organizers to see if you may qualify for a partial refund. Send your request to DonutGrowUp.event@gmail.com.
GWL Room Booking and Cancellation
Deposit: The resort requires a deposit of one night’s lodging plus tax and applicable fees at the time of booking.
Check-in Age: GWL requires the guest checking in to be at least 21 years of age.
Check-in Requirements: Upon check-in, guests must present a valid photo ID and the credit/debit card used to make the reservation.
Cancellation Grace Period: Guests who make a reservation eight or more days from their arrival date have 24 hours in which to modify or cancel with no penalties or fees.
Cancellation Fee (Group Block): Rooms cancelled before October 20 are subject to a $50 fee before the remainder of the deposit is refunded. Rooms canceled after October 20 may forfeit the first night's room deposit.
Payment Hold: The resort will authorize a $100 per night incidental hold on the credit or debit card used at check-in if you opt to charge purchases to your room.
Room Occupancy: All occupants, regardless of age, must be included on your reservation and must not exceed the maximum room occupancy as determined by GWL.
Check-Out: Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Failing to abide by the check-out time may result in an assessed fee, up to the full overnight rate.
VII. Consent & Indemnification
Informed Consent: Attendees acknowledge and understand the social nature of this event, including the presence of "little space" and age play themes, and agree to participate solely at their own discretion and risk. Attendees affirm that they are providing informed, enthusiastic, and ongoing consent for their own participation in the event and any related activities.
Assumption of Risk: Attendees voluntarily assume all risks, known and unknown, associated with attending the event, including, but not limited to, bodily injury, property damage, or loss of property, that may occur from their attendance or participation.
Release of Liability: Attendees, on behalf of themselves, their personal representatives, heirs, and assigns, hereby release, waive, and forever discharge the Organizers of the event ("2026 Donut Grow Up: Howl & Splash") and GWL, from any and all claims, demands, losses, or damages sustained by the attendee in connection with their presence at or participation in the event.
Indemnification: Attendees agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Organizers of the event and GWL from and against any and all liabilities, claims, suits, losses, damages, costs, and expenses (including, without limitation, reasonable legal fees and disbursements) that may arise from or be related to the attendee’s actions, conduct, or violation of these Rules & Regulations or any applicable law while attending the event.
